Jacky’s Business Solutions, the distributor for SoftBank Robotics Europe in the Middle East for its robots, will join SoftBank Robotics once again this year to showcase the wider applications of Pepper in customer and visitor management.
During Gitex this year, Jacky’s will also showcase its new Robot Content Management Systems (RCMS) to update Pepper. Jacky’s RCMS which will allow end-customers or resellers to manage or update content on the Pepper robot as they would a website. As a cloud-based solution, RCMS reduces the need for complex programming and setup time needed for deploying a fleet of robots or making changes to content.

With its new RCMS, Jacky’s can now make it easier to deploy and reduce the learning curve for potential partners and enable them to capitalize on their existing customer relationships. Jacky’s will provide the second level of support for both hardware and software with its state-of-the-art service facilities.
