Jacky’s Business Solutions joined its vendors HP and Zund at ITMA for the first time this year. ITMA is positioned as one of the best platforms for showcasing textile and garment technologies. Hosted every four years, the event offers the textile and garment industry the opportunity to explore fresh ideas, effective solutions and collaborative partnerships for business growth.
As the first time for HP, it used the opportunity to showcase its new textile printer – HP Stitch – for the first time. Customers from both the garment sector as well as the signage sector showed great interest in this new product that had options for not just the fashion and sportswear sectors but also for the signage and the interior design sector.
P.Viswanathan (a.k.a. Visu), the Division Manager for the Digital Printing Division at Jacky’s Business Solutions, observed that “there was an interest from manufacturers from the regional garment sector looking at more digital methods of manufacturing. With HP and Zund both now offering automation in this sector, it was important as a presence for both companies and to meet new prospects from this region.”
This year, Zund also displayed its various cutting solutions for the textile industry. Whatever textiles or patterns, Zund’s multi-functional cutting systems helps do it faster and more efficiently.
