New QMS600i System for “Federal Electricity & Water Authority” (FEWA)

FEWA is one of the federal government department who is rapidly enhancing its services for better customer experience and to achieve higher customer satisfaction under the guidelines of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum the Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates.

FEWA was using a queue system in most of their branches, but because of their thrust to get a high-end reliable and advance technology product FEWA decided to invite a tender for the removal of old product and installation of a new queue system, which can help them to achieve the KPI set by the Prime Minister Office.

After a 6 months long process of careful evaluation FEWA choose “Jacky’s Business Solutions LLC”. as a partner for the Design, Supply, Installation, Training and Support Services.
